 Prior to working with Jameka, I tried to work with two different real estate agents.  These experiences made me very frustrated with the whole home buying process especially after shoveling out paperwork, time and money.  I then remembered an agent that I contacted early on in my home search, but never followed up with. 4) Educate yourself on the process beforehand

5) Be ready for the monetary need

6) Make sure you qualify for $8,000 credit(I did, received mine within 2 months and purchased a new car after the first was totaled)
